I want you to be happy with your purchase! If something’s not right, here’s how I handle returns:

Returns & Exchanges

You can return items within 14 days of receiving them.

The product needs to be unused and in its original packaging.

I can’t accept returns on custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once I get the item back and check it, I’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Shipping costs aren’t refundable (unless I messed up, of course).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, send me an email at kris@k3design.store within 48 hours with some photos.

I’ll sort it out - either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
